Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sirens To Stitches. We take pride in creating handmade products and strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3-5 business days of purchase.
  • Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Production times will vary depending on the item and current order volume.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Sirens To Stitches.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Sirens To Stitches is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Sirens To Stitches is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sirenstostitches@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
